frankly, i used to chicken out on waters… but this time.. nahhh, what the heck?

earlier this month… the  big brother house group (simply called boarders ng bhaus) were planning to try river rafting… since we were the "dawlems", we had set our schedule ahead of time (as in kinaugmaan dayon!) hehehe…

i was freaky scared about the idea and excited at the same time… i just thought to myself "if they can do it, why can’t i?"  nways, D DAY arrived and off to crocodile park for preparation. all set and off for a road trip to barangay tamugan in calinan. as we arrived in the jump off  site… syempz.. picture-picture usa pang friendster.. hehehe..

after 15 mins of preparation, briefing, and stretching… we were all set for a wild extreme adventure…

it is obvious that some of us don’t know each other while doing this from the beginning but in the end, the hardships pays off and acquaintances can be this fun… in commemoration to the paddlers.. i salute you! bwhahaha… pero naa juy nayabo!

Meet  Calvin. He is named for a sixteenth-century theologian who believed in predestination. Many of Calvin’s struggles are metaphors for my own. I suspect that most of us get old without growing up, and that inside every adult (sometimes not very far inside) is a bratty kid who wants everything his own way. I use Calvin as an outlet for my immaturity, as a way to keep myself curious about the natural world, as a way to ridicule my own obsessions, and as a way to comment on human nature.

actually, i didn’t hear this song first from kitchie nadal.  until miss crisi, secretary of Sportclimbing Association of the Philippines (SCAPI) sang this during our socials night after the 11th National Sportclimbing Competition last April 17, 2005.  she sang so well that i mistakenly thought that it was from sarah maclachlan.  silly me (toink!)!  anyway, the song was all about self denial, pakipot and and letting people left hangin’ (ouch!). 

well folks… its to you to find out the true meaning of this. =P
